From the chart you can see that I lost some belly fat on my Stomach---Yesss!

This weight loss was done by eating no carbs :)

Parmesan Baked Tomatoes

2 medium tomatoes
1/3 cup (50g) freshly grated Parmesan
fresh oregano
salt
freshly ground pepper
olive oil

Preheat the oven to 450 F (230 C).
Cut the tomatoes lengthwise into approximately 1/3-inch (1 cm) slices. Place them on a baking sheet. Top with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper (season according to your taste). Drizzle with some olive oil and bake until tomatoes are tender and the cheese is melted, for about 10-15 minutes.

I didnt win the bet, but I did lose the weight on my own. No pills, no colorie counting, no starvation trips, just low carbs.

Frist Weigh in: 170 pounds Size 11 waist line

So drinking wine 7 days a week, skipping breakfast, and working behind a desk Mon-Friday 8 hours a day doesn't mean I keep my size 7pant waist line?

The Contract, :)

Hollie Anderson and Victoria Mendez have entered into a weight bet, beginning January 2nd, 2013 and ending on  Feb. 15, 2013. They have agreed that whoever loses the most percentage of body weight shall be declared the most awesome, amazing, spectacular, and adorable winner there ever was. The loser, however, will a sad, pitful, and rather unfortuante loser. The sad loser must wear a bizarre outfit, to the mall, which makes them stand out in the crowd. Examples: tutu, fluffy pink dress, heels, leggings, etc. While in this spectacle of an outfit, the loser must then skip for a min. of 10 sec. while being recorded. The entire production will be added to facebook for all family and friends to witness. 

Victoria and Hollie will weigh in front of one another, every other Saturday. They will document these statistics on a sparate sheet of paper and will continue to do so until the final weigh in reveals who the "Biggest loser" will be.

One major rule that applies is the both girls enter into this bet wanting to become healthier. Therefore, there will be no pill popping, no starvation diets, and no fasting. The goal is not to win as in the end both will be winners by becoming healthier. And of course, one of the Healthy Girls will be strutting her stuff in the mall. Just not strutting how she would really want to :)
